Mary, the store manager is GREAT!  She has Customer Service down! she called me when she heard I was upset about a matter, and took care of it right away. Also, when I was concern about our floor tile matching, she took each piece of travertine out of each box (14 boxes in all!) so we could compare each pieced. Just today we had another problem where we needed to make a change in tile.  she found a solution for us right away. Working with Mary is stress free!
